BerlinRichStreets is about passion, quality and respect.
If you upload here, you're part of the community. Here's what we stand for:

Photography Quality

• We accept high-quality photography only.
• Photos should be shot on a digital camera or a high-end phone.
• Good composition, sharp focus and proper lighting are expected.
• The photos must be at least 2100px in width to be able to be uploaded.
• AI generated images are strictly forbidden, and violating this rule will result in a ban.

We curate the platform to keep it visually strong and premium.

Car Selection

BerlinRichStreets focuses on rare, exclusive and special vehicles.

• Not every car qualifies — exclusivity matters.
• Moderators may remove uploads that don’t fit the current standards.
• The list of accepted vehicles may evolve over time.

If your upload is removed because the car doesn’t meet the criteria, you’ll be informed.

The spirit of car spotting

Don't forget that the magic in spotting is still the unexpected.
Because of that, photos at exhibitions, museums or car dealers are not allowed.

This includes car showrooms, garages/service stations and the facilities parking lots.

Spots at car events or photoshootings are an exception, but will be marked as such to distinct them from regular street spots.

Respect & Privacy

We take privacy seriously.

• Faces of vehicle occupants must always be blurred.
• No photos in front of clearly identifiable private residences.
• No discussions about owners, addresses or live locations of vehicles.

Violations may result in warnings or bans.

License Plates

• License plates may be visible — this is preferred.
• If you blur or hide a plate, please send the full plate to info@berlinrichstreets.com for internal verification.

One Spot per Person per Car

To keep things fair:

• Only one active spot per photographer per car.
• If you want to re-upload the same car, remove the previous spot first.

Descriptions

A detailed description is always appreciated.
Tell the story behind the spot — location, spec, moment.
It’s not mandatory, but it makes the platform better.

Moderation

Uploads are reviewed.

• Content may be removed if it doesn’t meet quality or exclusivity standards.
• Moderation decisions are final.

This helps keep the platform clean and consistent.

Usage Rights

By uploading to the page, you assure that you are the copyright holder of the images.
For uploading content created by other people, you need a viable proof that you have permission to share it.

By following that, you always remain the copyright of your photos.

By uploading, you allow BerlinRichStreets to:
• Display your photos on the platform
• Apply watermarking
• Share them for platform promotion (e.g. social media)

Account & Content Removal

If a spot or profile is deleted, associated content is permanently removed from the server.

Upload responsibly, respect privacy, and keep the quality high.
